I am a female firefighter. I was the first in my department. I am also a medic. I have been in wildland fires and it’s no joke. I had to go through the academy just like the guys and it’s a tough and physical job. You have to be in top physical shape. Newbies should not “practice” like this, and you should not “recruit” by putting clueless people into a real fire. This woke crap has no place in first responder services.
