I've lost 110 pounds since October 2022 by utilizing intermittent fasting and walking every day. I was 330 pounds when I started, so it certainly wasn't easy to walk, let alone skip meals.I have since stopped taking blood pressure medication, heartburn medicine, and stopped using my CPAP machine. Oh, and I quit smoking in the middle of the process and continued to lose weight. If you're reading this, be encouraged. If I can do it, so can you.

In my 73 years, I have never had a doc ask "what are you eating?". How does the medical industry miss the single largest variable of our health?
