Wow that muzzle brake really works. I remember shooting the M14 in the army on full auto and by the third shot you were shooting at the sky. Funny story – they once had us train to shoot at aircraft by using an RC flying wing. I put my M14 on auto and dropped it on the first pass. Put a bullet through the engine and they only had one engine thinking that nobody would ever hit the engine but brought extra wings. I ruined everyone’s training that day.

I bought a SOCOM 16 when they first came out 20 years ago, wanted something that would avoid the AWB restrictions while living behind enemy lines in the People’s Republik of Massachusetts. Topped it with a Leopold scout scope on quick detach rings and it’s been my SHTF ever since.
