I work at another federal prison in Pennsylvania. In my 19 years of experience, I have never witnessed an inmate participating in a video conference with anyone other than a judge, let alone a media representative. This suggests that he has influential individuals advocating for him. No other inmate would receive this sort of treatment at a federal prison.
