When did it become the consumer’s responsibility to keep distributors in business? The product creators have made a choice to support a particular “community” and to loudly virtue signal about it while telling their customers that they’re all bigots if they don’t like it. That decision was theirs, not their distributors, not their line employees, and not their consumers. Those who made the decision are responsible for the damage that followed. To blame the consumer is beyond even the “community’s” level of entitlement. As consumers, WE OWE THEM NOTHING. They owe their customers respect and more than anything, a good product at a fair price. Beyond that it’s just a choice. They made theirs, and we’ve made ours. If they want to whine about it… that’s a choice too. But would you rather buy beer from a whiner who thinks they’re OWED your business, or an adult who WORKS for it and hasn’t spent the day calling you a bigot?
I feel for the average people just trying to do their job but it’s the corporations fault, not ours. The boycott is a necessity, it must happen and continuing happening.
