I have traveled to Dubai, twice. The rules of behavior in other countries are different than in the US. Dubai is a Muslim country and quite modern compared to Saudi Arabia. But decency is very important, as well as respect for others. Also, Dubai police do not automatically come to an accident unless someone calls the police. If you do get in an accident & flee the scene, you would end up in jail because that is unacceptable behavior. Another example of disrespect-able behavior is chasing or yelling at a famous celebrity.
American Dubai resident here People that know her are posting videos and stories of her physically attacking friends and even her MOM! With that being said, they said she is an alcoholic with zero respect for anyone, especially MEN. The police arrested her after CCTV footage was shown to them. I will bet money that she popped off on the rental car guy and probably even threatened him, cursed him, and/or touched him. One thing I love about Dubai.. They do NOT tolerate ratchet behavior. The story is deeper than the U.S. media is painting. Why hasn’t the friend she was with spoken out about what really happened ?… Makes u think! Women do have voices here, I’ve seen an arab man being arrested for shouting outside a club. The U.S. needs to stop with their “women don’t have rights”
