The true criminal in this case is the DA that let that maniac run around in public instead of being sent to a psychiatric hospital where he needed to be for everybody’s sake including his own.
Both of my sons are MMA fighters. I know for a fact that if Penny had intended on killing this guy, he would not have had him in a chokehold and released him. These MMA guys know how to kill somebody a lot quicker than just putting them in a chokehold. The chokehold is to obtain a tap out.
