I remember Jamie Oliver tried to improve the quality of school food but he was treated as if he was a nutcase.

I made an important change about a year ago to base my diet, as realistically as possible, off organic and least-processed foods. I was told my entire life that my depression was genetic, but between those changes and quitting drinking and nicotine, I haven’t experienced depression in a year. Medication free and going strong

Edit: consistent and productive exercise was also a major change I should be mentioning.
