Pat is demonstrating some big, brass balls here!!! I’m glad and excited that he identified a situation where common citizens and being bullied for money, and he stood up for them!
All I can say that makes sense to me is that when the US tax payers are flipping the research bill the longest they should have the patent is 5 years… Or, they have to sell it to US citizens at the cheapest price they sell to foreign governments.
