So many young women are getting on this bandwagon and saying Republicans are trying to take away women’s rights. They do not understand the emotional toll this takes on them. I had an abortion when I was 16 that I have always been ashamed of my whole life. This abortion has affected me my whole life. I had 4 miscarriages before having my first son and I always felt like this was my punishment for having an abortion. So them callously talking about abortion like it is just something you do on a Tuesday and it is no big deal makes me know they don’t understand it all.
I had a woman abort my baby against my will. If she’d have “chose” to allow our child life I would’ve been financially and otherwise responsible for at least the next 18 yrs. The way things are is fk’d . Fathers matter too!
