SCOTUS abolished the Federal Government’s role in abortion by sending the matter back to the States so the people, of each particular State, can vote on the matter and/or its candidates and their position on abortion. Federal Government needs to stay out of this matter.
This will only limit how many weeks into pregnancy a state can allow for abortion. Remember, depending on what state you live in, an abortion can be had late term or even post birth. This won’t change state law, but will change how many weeks into pregnancy an abortion can be performed nationally.
