Greg, I worked with two black guys that constantly whined about the white man holding them back. Yes, I am black. One day I had enough. I told them the white man hired them, pays them, and they have not missed a pay check in all the years working here. I said if you don't like it here, go and get a job where a black man will pay you this kind of money. I told then I was sick and tired of hearing them talking about how the white man was holding them back, racism, and neither one of the had faced racism on the job. They looked at me, at each other, and out the door. I did not hear these two whinibg about the white man holding them back again.
