Cracker Barrel in our area goes beyond to satisfy its customers, I ordered a scrambled eggs and sausage breakfast, my food was just delivered, and the manager came by and asked how was our food, I said the scrambled eggs are hard and rubbery, he looked at them and said, “I agree, I’ll personally go back and scramble you some eggs.” He did and they were prefect.
