I agree with you and I’m sure I’m not to only person/Veteran you’ll hear from either…..we have many Veterans in our family who are attached to all other Veterans and Service members all over the world who really dislike any event that turns their backs on what we all joined up to protect thru the representation of our Flag and Songs regarding our country. Pro football learned a lesson from turning their backs on the National Anthem as will many more to come I’m sure.
Why would they want to be representatives of a country they turn their backs on in the first place? Gee, maybe they do pay for everything their teams cost to enable them to play their games….like fields; Equipment; Air Fares and Hotels to stay in; Etc.? Hey! They don’t want to stand up for AMERICA, then I’m more than sure AMERICANS don’t want them either!
