In their haste to make the company appear open in hiring policies, the
producers of Bud Light hired a person in a management position without knowing? or realizing? her full position on this subject and obviously gave her an open hand. Knowing that TV commercials cost multiple thousands of dollars, you would think a final approval would be required.
