Despite Trump’s many shortcomings, it’s far more amazing and disgusting that anyone supports the “brown turd” that’s our current vice president. You’d have a very hard time convincing anyone with a brain that the Biden/Harris administration is not the worst of modern times. Failed promises is the norm for ALL elected officials from the president on down, so spare us the sermon. Politicians promise the moon and rarely deliver. That’s always been true, and always will be. If you’re shocked by that, you’ve got major issues with your perception of reality. While we’d all love to see a candidate who is honest, morally upstanding and totally selfless, that’s pure fantasy as we’re talking about human beings here. As such, the choice involves a careful assessment by each of us as to who is likely to do the LEAST DAMAGE to our country, based on each candidate’s track record. Trump’s appeal is that during his term, Americans were actually safer than they are today, the economy was far better, and we avoided involvement in foreign conflicts. The Biden/Harris policy of open borders is an absolute recipe for disaster in any sovereign nation, and our meddling in the conflicts in Ukraine and Israel are guaranteed to draw us into another world war if it continues. There’s a hell of a lot more to consider in this election than one’s personal disliking for the orange man, but it takes a certain degree of maturity to see that – something that’s in short supply on the left. The famous quote “the buck stops here” (made by a DEMOCRAT, no less) seems to be forgotten by today’s shallow brand of politician. But the reality is that if we’re not better off now than four years ago, the responsibility lies squarely with Biden/Harris, period. Why the hell anyone would want four more years of this crap is beyond insane.
